SA Modern Pentathlon Championships & SA Laser pistol shoot -Run Championships
The following athletes ON THE PHOTO FROM LEFT TO RIGHT represented the Western Cape provincial teams at the 2024 SA Modern Pentathlon Championships and 2024 SA Laser pistol shoot -Run Championships.held at Sommerset Collage near Stellenbosch
Alex Southwood ( u/17) 5th in Pentathlon and 13th in Shoot-Run
Hunter Krynauw (u/15) 6th in Pentathlon and 15th in Shoot-Run
Adriaan de Waard (u/19) bronze medal in Pentathlon and 7th in Shoot-Run
Alexis Peters (u/15) 8th in Pentathlon and 16th in Shoot-Run.
Thomas van der Merwe ( u/17) 6th in Pentathlon and 8th in Shoot-Run
Thomas has also qualified to represent the RSA under 17 Laser pistol shoot -Run team at the World Laser pistol shoot-Run Championships from 7 to 9 June 2024 in China .
