Paul Roos chess leaves its mark once again
The Cape Winelands Chess Tournament took place on 25 February 2023 in De Doorns. More than 100 chess players participated in three age groups. 17 Paul Roosers participated, of which all 17 qualified for the final round. On the 11th of March the finals of the Cape Winelands Chess Tournament took place in Wellington. Ten of the 17 PRG chess players obtained Boland colours and qualified to represent Cape Winelands at the Western Cape Chess Tournament between 30 March and 2 April. The 10 players are:
