AANSOEKE – GRAAD 8 2027 (see below for English version)

Prospektus 2026

Aansoeke is oop vanaf 10 Maart tot 14 April op die WKOD-webtuiste. Die WKOD aanvaar laat aansoeke tot 17 Mei 2026.

Die proses is as volg:

STAP 1

Doen aansoek op die webtuiste van die WKOD Kliek hier

Maak seker dat die aansoek volledig voltooi is en dat duidelik leesbare ondersteunende dokumentasie, soos versoek deur die WKOD, opgelaai word. Indien dit nie volledig is of in die korrekte formaat nie, sal die aansoek as onvolledig beskou word en nie deur Paul Roos Gimnasium oorweeg kan word vir toelating nie.

Elke aansoek by elke skool kry ‘n spesifieke bewys. Hou die bewys vir verdere gebruik.

STAP 2

Om die aansoekproses vanuit die skool se perspektief te bestuur, sal ons dit waardeer indien u die AANDUIDING VAN BELANGSTELLING-skakel ook sal voltooi. Neem asseblief kennis dat dit nie verpligtend nie.

Vra vir die skakel om die Aanduiding van Belangstelling te voltooi – stuur ‘n e-pos aan info@paulroos.co.za.

STAP 3

E-pos  

• Die bewys van die voltooide aanduiding van belangstelling
• Die bewys van die WKOD-aansoek vir toelating tot PRG aan admissions@paulroos.co.za nie later nie as 14 April 2026.

BELANGRIKE DATUMS

• Vanaf 28 Mei 2026 vertoon die uitslag van u aansoek op die WKOD-webtuiste.
• Vanaf 28 Mei tot 10 Junie sal u per sms of e-pos deur die WKOD ingelig word aangaande die uitkoms van u aansoek.
• Ouers moet teen 15 Junie 2026 aanvaarding op die WKOD-webtuiste aandui.
• Ouers sal verdere korrespondensie vanaf die skool ontvang.

APPLICATIONS – GRADE 8 2027

Applications are open from Monday, 10 March to 14 April on the WCED website. The WCED accept late applications until 17 May 2026.

The process is as follows:

STEP 1

Apply on the WCED website Click here

Ensure that this application is completed in full and that clearly legible supporting documentation is uploaded as per the request of the WCED. If it is not complete or in the incorrect format, it will be considered incomplete and therefore Paul Roos Gymnasium will not consider the application.

Each application to each school receives a specific proof. Keep the proof for further use.

STEP 2

For ease of managing the application procedure from the school’s perspective, we would appreciate it if you would also complete the EXPRESSION OF INTEREST. Please be advised that this is not compulsory.

Request the link to complete the Expression of Interest form from info@paulroos.co.za.

STEP 3

Email

• The proof of the completed Expression of Interest
• The proof of the WCED application to admissions@paulroos.co.za not later than 14 April 2026.

IMPORTANT DATES

• From 28 May 2026 the outcome of the application will be reflected on the WCED website.
• Parents will be informed by the WCED via sms or email from 28 May to 10 June, concerning the outcome of your application.
• Parents will have to indicate acceptance on the WCED website by 15 June 2026.
• Parents will then receive further correspondence from the school.
