PRG at Paarl Boys High Top Boys Athletics
The PRG Athletics team competed at the annual Paarl Boys High Top Boys Athletics on Friday 27 January 2023.
The athletes won 8 gold medals, 13 silver medals and 10 bronze medals.
The team earned 280 points and came second on the night, which is the best performance since the event began in 2020!
The following athletes won gold medals:
Joshua Acker – u19 discus and shotput
Ethan Bodenhuizen – u14 discus
Luke van der Merwe – u17 high jump with new record
Jean Volschenk – u14 100m hurdles
Canaan Eksteen – u14 100m and 200m
Mark Lester – u15 1500m
The u14 relay team also won their race!
